Tayte Brock Principal and Creative Director
Co-owner of Pentate Creative, Tayte Brock was the former Director of Brand Strategy for Scient, an e-business innovator. As a brand specialist for this organization, Ms. Brock conducted many audits, workshops and developed strategies for companies looking to extend their business strategies online. Some of those clients included Avaya, Metlife, Creative Planet and Vectren (Indiana Gas and Electric).
Previously, she was the VP of New Media and Marketing at REZN8, establishing partnerships, new business development and delivering hi-profile projects for television, interactive, gaming and Internet properties (i.e. CBS, Microsoft Xbox, Citi Group, ABC). Prior to this, she was the Executive Producer for Novocom, an international television branding firm, where she assisted in launching television network identities worldwide including RTL, Prima Romania, SingTel, Sky, MSNBC, CNBC and DStv, South Africa. Her work at Novocom garnered several Emmys, BDAs, Tellys and a CLIO.
Previous to Novocom, she was the producer for CBO Interactive from 1994. Among other hi-profile clients venturing to the new online world, one of her projects was creating the “Sneak Peek” to reveal Microsoft’s IE 1.0. The first internet browser in the world.

Penny Fitzgerald Principal and Creative Director
As a co-owner of Pentate, Penny Fitzgerald has more than 15 years experience designing and packaging brands for a wide variety of products, industires and organizations. She has worked with clients in full-product packaging such as Schwarzkopf and Dep and Aroma Vera, designing complete identity systems and full-channel advertisements.
Her media and entertainment experience includes Disney, Time Warner, Universal Music Group and 20th Century Fox to name only a few. For destination, her projects included The City of Indian Wells, communications for AAA Travel and a recent redesign of the Viceroy Hotel’s image system for national advertising.
While Ms. Fitzgerald’s experience is broad across industries, she has deep knowledge in the field of design and high-impact, high-profile marketing communications. Ms. Fitzgerald began designing websites when the web was in its infancy and has grown with it. She excels in unique experiential design and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the internet as a powerful communication vehicle.
